- Method: Shake and double strain.
- Ingredients:
- 6-8 Basil Leaves
- 60ml VENAKKI Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Steps:
- Throw all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice.
- Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
- Strain and fine strain the mixture.
- Serve in an old fashion or rock glass with ice.
- Garnish with a basil leave.
