Activities of the House may be conducted through separate legal entities established in different jurisdictions. Each such entity has its own legal personality and is responsible for its own acts, omissions, contractual obligations, regulatory responsibilities and liabilities.

The use of THE HOUSE OF VENAKKI, VENAKKI, VENAKKI DISTILLERY, any other House division, or any House brand or trade name does not, by itself, identify the legal entity responsible for a particular activity or transaction and does not create any agency, partnership, joint-venture, representation, guarantee or other legal relationship between separate entities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no company or entity associated with the House acts as agent for, assumes obligations on behalf of, or guarantees the obligations of any other.

The legal entity responsible for a particular transaction is the entity identified in the applicable agreement, terms and conditions, order confirmation, invoice or other relevant transactional documentation.
