Method: Shake and double strain.
Ingredients:
  • 6-8 Basil Leaves
  • 60ml VENAKKI Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
Steps:
  1. Throw all ingredients into a shaker tin, top with ice.
  2. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  3. Strain and fine strain the mixture.
  4. Serve in an old fashion or rock glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a basil leave.

Method: Agitar y colar dos veces
Ingredients:
  • 6-8 hojas de albahaca
  • 60ml de Ginebra VENAKKI
  • 30 ml de jugo de limón fresco
  • 15 ml de jarabe de azúcar
Steps:
  • Eche todos los ingredientes en una lata mezcladora, cubra con hielo.
  • Agítelo hasta que aparezca condensación fuera del agitador.
  • Colar y colar finamente la mezcla. Sirva en una copa de whisky.
  • Adorne con una hoja de albahaca.

Method: Agitação e coação dupla.
Ingredients:
  • 6-8 Folhas de manjericão
  • 60ml VENAKKI Gin
  • 30ml Sumo de Limão Fresco
  • 15ml Xarope de açúcar
Steps:
  1. Colocar todos os ingredientes dentro de uma lata agitadora, com gelo no topo.
  2. Agitar até que a condensação apareça fora do agitador.
  3. Coar e re-coar finamente a mistura.
  4. Servir em copo de whisky “old-fashioned” ou “on the rocks" com gelo.
  5. Decorar com uma folha de manjericão.

  • 60ml VENAKKI Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
Steps:
  1. Muddle the strawberries in a shaker.
  2. Add the rest ingredients into the shaker tin, and top with ice.
  3. Shake it until condensation appears outside of the shaker.
  4. Strain and fine-strain the mixture.
  5. Serve in an old fashion or rock glass with ice.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
